Description: DATA 2073 is a strategy game set in a post-apocalyptic world where players, as "The Architects," control advanced automatons called DATA. Through tactical card-based gameplay, players battle for energy sources and influence the world's fate using NFT-powered mechanics.
In this project, I assume the role of Game Director, overseeing a diverse team of developers, artists, designers, and producers. I am actively involved in crafting and upholding the game vision throughout the development process.
Typically, my responsibilities include: defining and tracking tasks in collaboration with the game producer; conducting one-on-one meetings; directly managing the design team; identifying potential issues and devising solutions to overcome them; creating and updating the roadmap and whitepaper; developing game design systems; and handling various other related tasks.
I worked on this project from the prototype to the beta stage, actively supporting the development of all systems and content, defining and implementing strategies, as well as managing the entire team.
